There isn’t a cookie-cutter project and therefore we are flexible. We are asked to fill key positions in order to round out an executive team. We sometimes provide references or back-up candidates to an internal applicant. Many of our clients want us to explore the strengths and weaknesses of their competition. Research and recruiting is our expertise and we apply this broadly. Working with a professional services model, we bill for our time by the hour for non-standard projects and therefore we can be responsive to the unique needs of each client.
