The Executive Director is the Chief Operating Officer of Groundspring, a member of the Tides Family of Organizations. This person is responsible for the overall management and direction of Groundspring, which has an annual projected budget of $5M. The Executive Director oversees all sales, product and business development, operations, planning, financial management, fundraising, evaluation and other activities needed to develop and promote Groundspring’s programs and services, sustain the organization, and fulfill its mission.
